Phosphating is applied to steel parts to enhance there corrosion resistance and lubricity, it is also ideal as a base for subsequent coatings or painting. 

 

Achieved by immersing the components within a phosphate bath, the Phosphate chemical reacts with the components surface to a form a phosphate layer (a greyish colour). Phosphating is ideal for components that are for the Automotive, Aerospace, MOD, Fastening, Pedrochemical, Springs industry.
